- The information needed externally (market trends, new consumer trends).
- The information needed internally (the brand's concept, its style, the competitive universe (individual research), last season's results).
Brand platform, Brand Content
Creating the collection plan and its characteristics:
Brand identity and DNA, provisional purchasing budget; the collection (quantities, components, etc.), the target, construction of themes, ranges of colours and materials + adaptation of the offer to the distribution method, construction of the collection plan, price ranges, focus on jewellery and leather goods?
Fabric sourcing:
Knowledge of materials + the keys to responsible and innovative materials sourcing, tailored to specific products).
Communication strategy and influence marketing
